One of the great finds whilst in Singapore was in fact a little store from Sydney - jones the grocer - which is both cafe and purveyor of foods...One would love to do one's groceries there, its kind of like a modern Re Store but with a full working bakery.
The one up at Dempsey Hill is in this great old military hall with vaulted ceilings, a seriously high wall full of cook books along with another table full of cook books - One was in heaven.
