Recently while in Sydney on a weekend getaway, One came across a photo of this vintage cake. As you can see, it was an Australian themed cake, complete with little markers for various Australian things, including Crown Princess Mary down in Tassie.From memory, it is a lemon butter cake with passionfruit icing. It was for MJ's naturalisation celebration.
